Diesel Machinery: Extensive knowledge of main engines and generators of all sizes and makes, including: Caterpillar, Detroit Diesel, Northern Lights and more. From basic maintenance to complete engine overhauls. |

Air Conditioning and Refrigeration: Troubleshoot, repair and installation of new systems. |
|

 |
Hydraulic Systems: Troubleshoot, repair and installation of new systems. |

Water Makers: Troubleshoot, repair and installation of new systems. |

 |
Electrical Systems: Troubleshoot and repair of electrical circuits and installations of new electrical systems such as wiring new electric motors and running electric cables throughout the vessel for new installations. |

Auxiliary Machinery: Extensive knowledge of all auxiliary machinery located in the engine room from all of the various pumps to fuel separators, oily water separators, steering systems, air compressors and more. |

Deck Machinery: Troubleshoot and repair of all windlass systems, davits and tenders. |

Plumbing: Troubleshoot, repair and installation of new systems. |

Surveys: We survey all of the mechanical systems, ie: engine room equipment, deck equipment, plumbing, vessel running gear etc. |

Refit/New Build Management and Consulting: We provide our services as the liaison between the owner/broker/captain/shipyard representative and the various contractors and vendors on the project. We can do consulting only or we can do complete project management, surveying, hiring contractors, managing budgets etc. |

Dan
Agmons years of experience qualify him to manage all aspects of a refit or new
build project. He has excellent communication skills and a clear
understanding of what needs to be done. |

Prior to and since opening his company, Dan Agmon has been involved with a number of projects. |

|
He was one of the project engineers for the new 210ft Royal Denship, M/Y Turmoil. Dan worked on-site in Denmark handling outfitting and assisting with systems planning. He was on the delivery to the owner and then worked until the projects completion in 2007 in Fort Lauderdale Florida.

Dan also worked on the former Turmoil, the 151ft Palmer Johnson motor yacht. During his time as engineer onboard and after he opened Agmon Marine Services, he handled six annual dry dock periods which comprised of the installation of new 36 ton a/c systems without outside help. Machinery upgrades and routine maintenance to the ships running gear. And the removal and replacement of the two 99 kw Northern Lights generators.

Dan completed a 6 month refit on the 80ft M/Y Full Circle that included engine room machinery upgrades and a complete interior rebuild.
|
|

|
More projects involved the removal and installation of two generators and a new a/c system onboard the 67ft custom built M/Y Taipan I.
|
|

|
Dan also did a seven million dollar refit on the 172ft CRN M/Y Taipan III while serving as engineer onboard, overhauling the two main engine generators, installing hydraulic power pack and doing a complete engine room insulation refit.
